The project of the new G. Ungaretti school proposes a building with a strong compositional identity that opens up to a precise relationship with the greenery of the adjacent park.

The spatial structure offers four architectural bodies connected to each other by a fifth central body. The connection of these elements determines a sequence of secondary spaces which, in addition to performing the connective function, expand into places of relationship and common activities with very different dynamic structures depending on the various locations.

The distribution of the volumes also generates internal courtyards which take on the quality of intimate and cozy outdoor spaces, suitable for the extension of outdoor teaching. Starting from the entrance atrium, the school intends to establish a familiar relationship with the users through the limited height, the permeability of the ground floor, the use of color and the glass openings.
